Ministry of Religious Affair's staff and it departments gathering at the large parking area of the ministry's building. The people in the booths were not operating foods concession business but rather the food booths were temporary structures used to prepare delicacies for the Hari Raya open house event.
They were a variety of foods and dishes prepared such as Nasi Kambing, Ketupat, Nasi Minyak, Cendol, Chakoi and the popular Satay Daging and Ayam. The above image shows staff members of Religious Office of Belait District during the open house celebration.

Hari Raya tak sah kalau tak makan. The best part of the open house celebration is of course the dishes. The open house celebration serves as an opportunity for ministry's staff to socialize and strengthen with one another while enjoying hearty refreshments.
